IPCCTV is the next generation of closed circuit television utilising the existing network infrastructure to protect and monitor valuable assets, property or personnel without the need for installing a separate cabling infrastructure and because the majority of the cameras in the range are power over ethernet (POE) there is no need for the added installation of expensive electrical sockets.
This new technology allows the user to set defined trigger areas within the image area, which when activated can be set to send an E-mail with an attached image to allow the relevant person to take the most appropriate action. IP technology allows live images to be observed over the internet so that in the event of an alert the current activity in the area protected can be observed remotely from anywhere in the world using either a PC or a Smartphone.
